Environmental reliability verifies how a product behaves over the long term in real vehicle use. Vibration, shock, temperature, humidity and corrosion rarely act alone in a vehicle, so single-factor test results have to be assessed together.
Why failures always show up at the customer
Test conditions do not match the real service environment: temperature extremes, ramp rates and vibration levels are often taken from standard defaults, while actual vehicle conditions can be more severe.
How severity is decided
Mounting location is the first determinant: body, chassis and engine bay differ widely in vibration and temperature environment.
Post-test inspection is not optional
Running the test without inspecting afterwards is doing only half the job.
Service notes
Our laboratory holds both CMA and CNAS accreditation, covers about 10,000 m2 and runs more than 500 sets of equipment. All testing is carried out in our own laboratories — nothing is subcontracted. Plant visits and on-site witnessed testing are welcome.
Scheduling follows the actual project pipeline. You can state your preferred lead time when you submit samples; we will confirm a feasible plan against current capacity and keep you updated at each milestone.
