EMC testing of automotive electronics works in both directions: it measures the interference a product emits, and it measures how well the product tolerates interference from outside. Two standard systems, CISPR 25 and GB 18655, are the core references for automotive EMC.
The three most common problems
Onboard electrical systems interfering with each other: display flicker, radio noise, communication loss — the source is usually one module exceeding its emission limits.
Test environment
Radiated emission and radiated immunity are performed in a semi-anechoic or fully anechoic chamber, where absorber removes boundary reflections so that the true emission level is measured.
Product state matters
The same product emits very differently in different operating states. Ignition, charging and load-switching conditions all have to be covered.
Service notes
Our laboratory holds both CMA and CNAS accreditation, covers about 10,000 m2 and runs more than 500 sets of equipment. All testing is carried out in our own laboratories — nothing is subcontracted. Plant visits and on-site witnessed testing are welcome.
Scheduling follows the actual project pipeline. You can state your preferred lead time when you submit samples; we will confirm a feasible plan against current capacity and keep you updated at each milestone.
