One page per standard: scope, test methods, acceptance criteria and common non-conformities. This is the part worth reading first when choosing a standard.

GB/T 28046 Environmental Conditions & Tests for Road Vehicle Electronics Scope: Common domestic OEM standard series Defines environmental conditions and test methods for automotive electronic/electrical equipment; the main basis for domestic OEM supplier validation. ISO 16750 Environmental Testing for Electrical/Electronic Equipment in Road Vehicles Scope: International standard, common for Europe export Part 3 specifies mechanical load test methods, including vibration and mechanical shock. LV 124 German OEM Component Test Standard Scope: Required by VW, BMW and other German OEMs Stricter mechanical, climatic and electrical protection requirements for E/E parts; essential for Germany export. AEC-Q100 / Q101 Automotive-Grade Components & PCB Reliability Scope: Automotive chips and circuit boards Specifies accelerated life tests and failure criteria for automotive-grade components and PCBs. CISPR 25 / GB 18655 Vehicle EMC Emission & Immunity Limits Scope: Core automotive EMC standard Defines conducted and radiated emission limits and immunity test conditions for vehicle E/E devices. ISO 11452 Vehicle Component EMC Measurements Scope: Whole-vehicle and large-component EMC Defines measurement methods and test setups for EMC performance of vehicles or large components. UN ECE R10 / GB 30512 Type Approval for Vehicle E/E Systems Scope: EU whole-vehicle export access EMC type-approval requirements for vehicle electronic and electrical systems. FMVSS / SAE US Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations & Standards Scope: North America export US Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and relevant SAE industry requirements.

The standards library is organised by standard, one page each: scope, test methods, acceptance criteria and common non-conformities. This is the part worth reading first when choosing a standard.

How the standards relate

Environmental: GB/T 28046 (an identical adoption of ISO 16750) is the Chinese general standard; LV 124 is the German OEM standard and is stricter; AEC-Q addresses the component level.

How to decide which standard applies

First: a customer-specified standard takes priority. With no customer requirement, choose by export market.

Real-world factors beyond the standard

OEM standards are usually stricter than the national standard, and add items on top of it.

Service notes

The laboratory holds both CMA and CNAS accreditations, with approximately 10,000 m² of space and 500+ instruments. All testing is completed in our own laboratories — no subcontracting. On-site visits and witnessed testing are supported.

Testing is scheduled per project. When submitting samples, tell us your expected timeline; we will confirm a feasible plan against current availability and keep you updated at each milestone.

Have a testing requirement? Send us your product details

Tell us the product model and test requirements. Our engineers will map out the test plan, the applicable standards and the item combination, and provide a quotation reference. The more specific the request, the sharper the answer.

  • Free scoping of the test plan and standards
  • Pre-scan testing during R&D to cut rework cost
  • On-site visits and witnessed testing supported
  • Scheduling per project, with progress updates at each milestone

Received — we will contact you shortly and follow up with a test plan and quotation.

By submitting you agree to be contacted by phone or email. Scheduling follows the project’s actual availability and is subject to mutual confirmation.
