All four sites can be navigated to directly for nearby sample drop-off and face-to-face discussion of the test plan. Shenzhen and Dongguan are laboratory bases; Chongqing and Chengdu are regional service offices.
Shenzhen · Bao'an base

- Scope: client liaison for southwest China, sample transfer, on-site technical support.

Chengdu office
- Scope: Sichuan client liaison, sampling coordination.

- Note: on-site sampling and on-site test assessment can be arranged for Chengdu and nearby areas.
Choosing a site by test category
EMC, safety, wireless/RF and restricted-substance chemistry go to the Shenzhen Bao'an base; environmental reliability, performance and materials, failure analysis, and VOC/odour go to the Dongguan Tangxia base. If you are unsure which site handles an item, send the standard number to any base or office and an engineer will give you the shipping address for the project. When one project spans both bases, samples are transferred internally — the client does not have to visit two places.
Shipping samples
- Anti-static packaging; fit protective caps on connectors.
- Include the technical agreement or standard number in the box.
- Flag high-value or single-source samples in advance so delivery can be signed for.
- If a sample must be returned, state the return address on the order form.
The Chongqing and Chengdu offices handle local sample drop-off and technical liaison; samples are transferred to the relevant base by the office.
Visits and witnessing
Every site can be visited by appointment and tests can be witnessed on site (for the Shenzhen base please register one working day ahead). Witnessing takes place in the relevant test zone, where you can review the test set-up, monitoring points and raw data records at the same time.
Why the two bases are organised this way
The Shenzhen Bao'an base sits next to the electronic component and consumer electronics belt, and handles safety and RF projects that arrive frequently and in small sample sizes; the Dongguan Tangxia site is better suited to environmental reliability and whole-unit testing — shakers, large chambers and anechoic rooms impose requirements on floor loading, power capacity and space, so the site and layout were designed around the equipment. Clients simply ship by test category; the internal routing is not their concern.
