Approximately 10,000 m² and 500+ instruments across six disciplines, all in-house — no subcontracting. Every test runs on our own premises, so conditions are controlled and the process is traceable.

Service notes
The laboratory holds both CMA and CNAS accreditations, with approximately 10,000 m² of space and 500+ instruments. All testing is completed in our own laboratories — no subcontracting. On-site visits and witnessed testing are supported.
Testing is scheduled per project. When submitting samples, tell us your expected timeline; we will confirm a feasible plan against current availability and keep you updated at each milestone.
Equipment management and traceability
- Equipment is calibrated and checked between calibrations in line with CNAS system requirements, traceable to national metrology standards.
- The calibration status of key equipment is traceable in the report annex.
- Where an item falls outside the equipment capability or the accredited scope, we say so at the planning stage — we do not run it anyway.
How to confirm the equipment fits your project
Three things are enough for a capability check at quotation: the standard number and revision, the condition levels (or the OEM technical agreement itself), and the sample size and weight. Engineers then verify three points — whether the equipment parameters cover the requirement, whether the item sits inside the accredited scope, and whether the sample physically fits the test space. For large assemblies and unusually shaped parts, discuss fixturing first: whole-vehicle-scale testing runs at the Dongguan Tangxia site, which has the handling and lifting capability for bulky samples.
