Sample submission guide
Please confirm the test plan and sample requirements before shipping, so sample condition or quantity does not force a re-run.
Ship by courier
Follow the submission guide we provide and include the application form and sample list. Declaring the shipment as “precision test samples” with insured value is recommended.
On-site pickup
Engineer pickup can be booked in Shenzhen; a dedicated vehicle can be arranged in Dongguan and nearby cities. Please contact us first for large samples.
Deliver in person
For full units and large assemblies, please book at least one working day ahead — we will help plan space, lifting and protection.
Before shipping samples, please confirm the test items and applicable standards with our engineers. Shipping before the scope is fixed often means too few samples, or a sample state that does not meet the test conditions.
